Our Dental Practice

You may find that your experience in our office is different than you have ever had. Not because of the relaxed home environment or our commitment to excellent dentistry. It may be different because we are very committed to a practice that is centered on prevention and health as opposed to one that simply emphasizes emergency and repair care. We believe that the supporting gum tissue and bone are just as vital as the teeth themselves. This is often misunderstood and inadequately stressed. So we will spend time with you, from your first appointment, to make sure that the cause and prevention of dental disease is thoroughly explained and discussed with you, so that together we can develop an individual master plan for your future dental care and prevention program.

Prevention

The best way to protect and maintain the crucial supporting structures for a lifetime is to have a qualified hygienist clean your teeth regularly, at which time preventive procedures can be implemented to protect your dental health. While the responsibility for periodic preventive treatment lies with you, we will provide an ongoing program of health maintenance with you.

Emergency

We recognize that emergencies do occur. Patients in our practice family will be provided with a 24-hour telephone number that will allow you to reach us at anytime of the day or night. We provide special priority status for you or any family member who has been seen in the previous year in our practice.
